Ambon – Banda Sea Liveaboard Expedition | 8 Days 7 Nights

The Banda Sea is a destination for divers who seek raw ocean energy, dramatic underwater topography, and far fewer boats than Indonesia’s more famous regions. This 8 Days 7 Nights Ambon–Banda–Ambon liveaboard aboard Blue Dream Phinisi Liveaboard takes you deep into one of the country’s most remote and rewarding marine frontiers. From pelagic-rich seamounts to towering coral walls and volcanic bubble reefs, this itinerary combines adventure with pristine underwater beauty.

Starting in Ambon, the journey quickly moves offshore to Suanggi’s current-swept dive sites before exploring the legendary Banda Islands. Expect exceptional visibility, dramatic drop-offs, and vibrant coral gardens where reef sharks, schooling trevallies, tuna, and occasional hammerheads patrol the blue. The route also includes Manuk Island, a volcanic highlight known for its bubbling seabed, sea snake encounters, and fish-packed slopes. This expedition delivers a powerful mix of big fish action, historic island charm, and unique geological dive landscapes — perfect for divers wanting something bold, different, and unforgettable.
