Ambon – Banda Sea 7D6N
Ambon – Banda Sea Liveaboard Expedition | 7 Days 6 Nights
The Banda Sea is where dramatic underwater landscapes meet raw ocean energy. This 7 Days 6 Nights Ambon–Banda–Ambon liveaboard expedition aboard Blue Dream Phinisi Liveaboard offers a compact yet thrilling journey into one of Indonesia’s most underrated dive regions. Designed for divers who want both pelagic excitement and rare macro encounters, this itinerary blends deep-water action, historic islands, and pristine coral walls in one seamless adventure.
From the coral-rich slopes of Pulau Hatta to the legendary Lava Flow of Gunung Api — rebuilt naturally after the 1988 eruption — the Banda Islands deliver exceptional visibility, schooling barracuda, dogtooth tuna, reef sharks, and seasonal hammerheads. Remote northern sites and volcanic Manuk Island (weather permitting) add the possibility of sea snake encounters and dramatic drop-offs. The expedition concludes in Ambon’s famous black sand dive sites, where rhinopias, frogfish, harlequin shrimp, and ghost pipefish make this the perfect finale for underwater photographers. This is Banda Sea diving at its purest — bold, uncrowded, and unforgettable.
